Hello and welcome to my blog. Myself Palak, I’m a food stylist, recipe creator, photographer and writer for www.palaksaki.com. Being creative in the kitchen and eating healthy vegan food is my passion.
I grew up cooking with my mom and I’m so excited to share my recipes here with millions of people. As a cooking enthusiast, I always want people to fall in love with food, cooking and being vegan. Eating plant-based is so beneficial not only for our health, but for the animals, and our planet!
My passion and vision are to cook and share healthy food recipes which fit in every one day to day life. Most often I use fresh, easily available ingredients, whole grains, healthy fats, and alternatives of natural sugar. I started this website in Dec 2018 to keep all my recipes on a common platform. My husband Rachit suggested me to start a blog where I can share all of my recipes. I thought it was a good idea since it would also help me kill some time. Besides that, I also have an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from DAVV University, India.
