Tips & Tricks for Crispy Potato Fries:-
1. In warm water (not boiling water) soak your raw fries for 10 minutes. This step makes the fries outwardly crispier. You can skip this step if you’re in a hurry.
2. Lavishly season fries with garlic powder and black pepper. This gives the fries a lot of rich flavors.
3. Spread the fries evenly on the baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the baking tray.
4. Regularly flip the fries with a flat spatula in between for achieving evenly crispy edges all over.
