Which bread you can use for French Toast?
Basically, you can use any bread which you have on hand. Whole wheat bread, white bread, sandwich bread, French bread, brioche, challah. In this recipe, I use sandwich bread.
What milk you can use for French toast?
You can use any milk of your choice like whole milk, skim milk, half n half or you can also use heavy cream to make it richer. But I want to make it healthy and dairy free so I use soy milk you can use any other plant-based milk.
Which sweetener I can use for French toast?
Generally, I preferred to use maple syrup in my French toast because it adds more flavor. But you can also use honey, coconut sugar, brown sugar, granulated sugar or agave.
How to make Vegan French Toast?
Add all the ingredients, except the bread, to a blender and blend until smooth.
And pour in a shallow dish and stir well.
Dip the bread slices into the mixture, from both sides.
