I have used oats flour & brown sugar to make this banana bread nutritious, you can use coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey it’s entirely up to you. This is an oil-free, milk-free, vegan & wholesome recipe. As both breakfast or as a light lunch, you can eat this bread.
