The greatest source of omega-3 fats is flax seeds as a vegetarian. A good amount of protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids are provided by just a single tablespoon of flax seeds. Oats are a key source of good carb, fiber, and gluten-free source. A handful of sweet and crunchy flavor, this pot is a punch of healthy fats and protein to satisfy you.
