How to Make Green Sprouts at Home?
1. You can use a very easy method to produce sprouts from various grains and seeds at home. Take a cup of any grain such as mung beans, chickpea, Turkish gram (mooth beans), and so on.
2. Now wash the grains thoroughly and soak it in a Big Bowl full of water overnight.
3. Drain the water next morning and transfer the soaked grains on the cheesecloth moreover allow it to sit for 2 minutes and then tie the knot of muslin cloth, keep it at a relative warmer place or in a casserole for next 8 to 10 hours.
4. Do check them once or twice in between. if you find the grains dehydrated then sprinkle some water. Do not check or touch sprouts quite often. If you like longer shoots then you can let it sit for more 4 to 5 hours.
5. Wash them before consuming and you can keep them refrigerated. Consume them in next 2 days.
