Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl is a quick, easy and delicious way to start a day. Oatmeal is my absolute favorite recipe take only 10 minutes. This oatmeal bowl is naturally sweetened, gluten-free and plant-based. Topped with strawberries, blackberries, bananas, chocolate peanut butter granola, raisins, and raspberry chia seed jam.

This Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl is high in fiber and protein. If you guys also follow me on my Instagram, you know how much I love to have oats in my breakfast. My feed is full of oats recipes. Oatmeal is generally quick and easy to cook. Except for certain flavored varieties, the oatmeal available at your nearest grocery store is 100% natural. In fact, I prefer organic oats in my recipes. You can cook both normal and quick oats dishes in your microwave oven.

OATMEAL TIPS

Quick oats usually take 10 to 12 mins in getting ready while an instant variety of oats gets ready in 2-3 minutes. Now the questions are which variety of oats you should use. Well, you can use either quick or instant oats because of the convenience. Moreover, flavored variety of oats are high in sugar and calories. Believe me, oatmeal is absolutely delicious! irrespective of quick/instant, stove cooked or oven baked. In fact, what really matters is your imagination and the mix of flavors you can add to it.

  • Seeds – Hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds
  • Nuts – almonds, pecans, walnuts
  • Peanut Butter, Cashew Butter or Almond Butter
  • Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Homemade Jam

Ingredients :-

Oatmeal Recipe
 ½ cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats or any other oats
 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk or any milk
 ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ tsp Ground Flax Seeds
 1 tsp Honey/ Maple Syrup
Toppings
 Fresh Strawberries
 Banana
 Blackberries
 Homemade Jam
 Raisins
 Chocolate Chips
 Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola

Directions :-

Place all oatmeal ingredients in a pot. Turn on heat to medium/high and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until oatmeal gets thickened to a porridge.

Pour oats into bowl. Garnish with your desired toppings. It tastes well when served hot.
