Quick oats usually take 10 to 12 mins in getting ready while an instant variety of oats gets ready in 2-3 minutes. Now the questions are which variety of oats you should use. Well, you can use either quick or instant oats because of the convenience. Moreover, flavored variety of oats are high in sugar and calories. Believe me, oatmeal is absolutely delicious! irrespective of quick/instant, stove cooked or oven baked. In fact, what really matters is your imagination and the mix of flavors you can add to it.
