Oats & Raisins Loaf Cake

I make this delicious Oats & Raisins Loaf Cake tonight and I adore it utterly. This really tastes so good. The result is fluffy, chewy, moist and the most importantly healthy loaf cake. To make this nutritious, I replaced refined flour with oats and whole wheat flour, in this recipe if you want you can use honey or coconut sugar largely up to you. As for the flour, whole wheat flour works miracles. This recipe is oil-free, dairy-free, vegan and healthy. You can eat that bread as a breakfast, or as a snack. Enjoy this!

Oats Raisins Loaf Cake

Ingredients

 2 Mashed Bananas
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 1 cup Oats Flour
 ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
 2 tbsp Almond Milk
 1 cup Raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk oats flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder. Set aside.

In a large bowl add brown sugar, mashed bananas, vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix to combine.

Add raisins to the mixture, Add splash of milk if required.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan, sprinkle with some more raisins.

Bake for 40-45 minutes (depends on oven) or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
