Green Sprouts Salad

Recipe :-

Ingredients :-

 ½ cup Green Gram Sprouts (Moong Sprouts)
 ½ cup Turkish Gram Sprouts (Mooth Sprouts)
 ½ cup Boiled Chickpea
 1 Chopped Cucumber
 1 Chopped Tomato
 ½ cup Chopped Carrot
 ½ cup Steamed Brocoli
 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
 ½ cup Chopped Lettuce
 ½ lemon
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 ¼ tsp Salt (as per your taste)
 ¼ tsp Black Salt
 ½ tsp Cumin Powder
 ¼ cup Coriander/ Cilantro
 2 tsp Olive Oil (Optional)

Directions :-

Heat one cup of water in a pan, add sprouts and cook on medium heat for two minutes. Remove and drain excess water.

In a bowl add lettuce, sprouts, chickpea, carrot, tomatoes, cucumber mix well.

Now add roasted peanuts, cumin powder, salt, ground pepper, black salt, lemon juice mix well.

Add freshly chopped coriander leaves & drizzle some olive oil Just before serving, mix well & serve immediately.
