Oven Roasted Veggies

Ingredients :-

 1 cup Diced Cauliflower
 1 cup Diced Broccoli
 ½ cup Mini Carrot
 56 Mushroom
 ½ cup Mini Tomatoes
 1 Diced Onion
 ½ Diced Capsicum
 23 lettuce Leaves
 ½ Lemon
 1 ½ tbsp Olive oil
 Salt to taste
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts (Optional)
 Shredded Red Cabbage for Garnish (Optional)

Directions :-

1

Preheat oven to 500º F (200º C).

Place all diced vegetables (except lettuce) on baking sheet.

Add salt, pepper, olive oil and combine properly with hands.

Place Baking sheet in a preheat oven for 20-30 minutes depending on oven.

In a plate place fresh lettuce leaves, bean sprouts, and roasted veggies.

Garnish with some shredded cabbage and squeeze some lemon on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy
