Recipe note:-

Baking time may vary because very oven is different. When cookies are golden brown from edges it’s time to remove them from the oven. Always keep eye on cookies.

Use any flour like whole wheat flour, homemade almond flour, coconut flour, all-purpose flour instead of oats flour.

Use any butter like cashew butter, almond butter instead of peanut butter. If you are allergic to nuts then you can also use a ½ cup of unsalted vegan butter.

I want to make this cookies gluten free so I use gluten-free oats to make oats flour. You can use any other oats of your choice.

If you don’t have brown sugar, use regular white sugar, canned sugar, coconut sugar or you can also other liquid sweeteners as well.

Flax eggs are a replacement of eggs. If you don’t want to can skip that step.
