Ingredients:-

 2 Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap
 1 cup Boiled Red Kidney Beans
 ½ cup Sweet Corn
 1 tsp Olive Oil/ Cooking Oil
 1 Finely Chopped Onions
 ½ tsp Minced Garlic
 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
 ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
 ¼ tsp Turmeric
  Salt as per your taste
 1 cup Chopped Kale
 1 Sliced Cucumber
 1 Sliced Tomato
 Lemon Sliced
 ½ cup Creamy Sauce (Tomato Ketchup + Vegan Mayo)

Directions:-

Heat oil in a small pan over medium/high heat. Add cumin seeds, onion, and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion is lightly golden.

Add the corn, beans, and all seasoning. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes before assembling.

To assemble, lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the sauce, top with kale, bean and corn mixture, cucumber, tomato and squeeze lime on top. Enjoy!
