This best ever homemade Vegan Fudge Brownie recipe is soft, rich, fudge and chocolaty. Whenever you have chocolate cravings, these would make the perfect treat to have on hand. They would also be scrumptious to make gatherings or make an amazing gift on occasions or at friends or family.

Made this Brownies yesterday and it turns out to be so delightful and fudge that I am totally in love with these brownies. No one would guess by this time that they’re vegan! They’re nutritious and healthy most importantly.

How to Make Vegan Fudge Chocolate Brownies

  • These vegan chocolate brownies are super easy to make vegan, healthy, dairy-free and fudge.
  • Add mashed banana, brown sugar, vanilla extract, flax egg, coconut oil, almond milk and stir well.
  • Then in the same bowl add oats flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, salt. Mix into a thick batter.
  • Then add vegan chocolate chips and fold them in.
  • Transfer to a square baking dish and smooth down. Top with some more chocolate chips then bakes for 30-35 minutes.

Vegan Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients:-

 1 cup Oats Flour
 ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
 ¼ cup Coconut Oil
 2 Ripped Mashed Bananas
 2 Flax Egg (2 tbsp ground flax seed + 6 tbsp water)
 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 ¼ cup Almond Milk
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  cup Raw Cocoa Powder
 1 cup Chocolate Chips
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 Pinch of Salt

Directions:-

Make 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp. of ground flax seed + 5-6 tbsp. water in a small bowl). Set aside for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add mashed banana, flax eggs and vanilla, milk, brown sugar and oil whisk until evenly combined.

Over the same bowl, sift in both the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda mix with a spoon until just combined, do not overmix.

Add half of the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spoon. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top of the batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then pull the brownies out, using the parchment paper and let cool for another 15-30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Recipe Note:-

1 Instead of coconut oil, use regular vegetable oil, olive oil.

2 If you don’t have almond milk use any other plant-based milk or use regular milk.

3 Instead of oats flour use whole wheat flour, almond flour, coconut flour, all-purpose flour or any other flour of your choice.

4 Warm brownies will be difficult to slice into clean portions. Wait for brownies to cool to room temperature. Then cut into squares.

5 Store in refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
